We’re proud to share our new Christmas adventure Where's Henry's Teddy?
Embark on a journey that tells the heartwarming story of Henry, who sets out on an adventure to find his lost Teddy. Along the way, he meets magical friends who help guide him to find his lost bear.
This year, you and your family can step inside the story for yourselves.
Our Christmas display has been transformed into an interactive journey, where each scene brings a page of the story to life. Children can follow in Henry’s footsteps, uncover clues, and join in the adventure to help Henry find his Teddy.
The magic begins this festive season at Henry Street, THIS EVENT IS FREE no need to book.
PURCHASE BOOK
Along side this aventure we will be releasing a book so you can take the story of "Where's Henry's Teddy?" home with you.
Every book sold helps a wonderful cause — with a percentage of proceeds going to Naomi & Jacks Hospices for children and young adults.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the competition.
Eligibility
1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Henry Street Garden Centre, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
How to enter
To enter, participants must:
-
take an original photograph featuring their Henry’s Teddy;
-
post the photograph publicly on Instagram during the competition period;
-
tag @henrystreetgardencentre in the post; and
-
include #WheresHenrysTeddy.
The Instagram account used to enter must be public so that the entry can be viewed by Henry Street.
Only entries that meet all the above requirements will be considered.
[A Henry’s Teddy must have been purchased from Henry Street Garden Centre to enter.]
3.5 There is a limit of [one entry per person].
3.6 Entries must be received by 25th of December 2026 at 11:59pm. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3.7 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, network or other reason.
The competition
This is a skill-based competition. There is no element of random selection.
One winning photograph will be selected from all eligible entries.
Entries will be judged according to the following criteria:
-
creativity and originality;
-
the quality and appeal of the photograph;
-
how well the photograph captures Henry’s Teddy’s adventure; and
-
overall suitability for the Henry Street Christmas story.
The winner will be selected by our Christmas team.
The judges' decision will be final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging decision.
The prize
The winner will receive one £50 Henry Street Garden Centre voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
The voucher is subject to Henry Street Garden Centre's standard voucher terms and conditions.
The prize cannot be sold or resold.
Winner notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message using the account from which the winning entry was submitted within [10] days of the closing date.
The winner must respond within [5] days of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, Henry Street reserves the right to select another eligible entry in accordance with the same judging criteria.
The prize will be made available to the winner within [30] days of successful verification of their eligibility and receipt of the required contact details.
Photographs and copyright
Entrants must only submit photographs that they have taken themselves or have permission to use and submit.
By entering, you confirm that your photograph does not infringe the copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights of any third party.
You retain ownership of the copyright in your photograph.
By entering the competition, you grant Henry Street a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish and share your submitted photograph for the purposes of administering, publicising and promoting the competition, Henry Street Garden Centre and the Henry’s Teddy Christmas display.
This licence includes use on Henry Street's website and social media channels and in other promotional materials relating to Henry Street.
Where reasonably practicable, Henry Street will credit the entrant's Instagram username when using their photograph.
Henry Street will not sell your photograph to a third party or use it for an unrelated commercial purpose without obtaining any additional permission required.
Photographs containing other people or children
Entrants must ensure that they have permission from any identifiable person appearing in their photograph before submitting it to the competition.
Where a photograph features a child, the entrant must obtain permission from the child's parent or legal guardian before submitting the photograph.
Entrants should not submit photographs containing people who have not agreed to the photograph being used in connection with the competition.
Henry Street reserves the right to remove or reject any photograph where it reasonably believes that appropriate permission has not been obtained or where publication could adversely affect the privacy or safety of an individual.
Content requirements
Entries must be suitable for a general audience and must not contain:

offensive, defamatory, threatening or unlawful material;
-
nudity or sexually explicit content;
-
discriminatory or hateful material;
-
dangerous or irresponsible behaviour;
-
content that promotes illegal activity; or
-
material that infringes another person's rights.
Henry Street reserves the right to reject or remove any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Publicity
We may announce the winner on Henry Street's social media channels and/or website.
The winner's Instagram username may be used to identify the winning entry.
By entering, participants acknowledge that their submitted photograph may be publicly visible on Instagram and may be reshared by Henry Street in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any additional use of the winner's personal information for marketing purposes will be handled in accordance with Henry Street's Privacy Notice and applicable data protection law.
Personal data
Henry Street will process personal information provided in connection with the competition only as necessary to administer the competition, contact the winner, provide the prize and carry out any permitted publicity.
We will only retain competition-related personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from the promotion.
Participants understand that they are providing their entry to Henry Street and not to Instagram.
Changes and cancellation
Henry Street will make every reasonable effort to operate the competition as described in these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated through the same channels used to promote the competition wherever reasonably practicable.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to this, Henry Street will not be responsible for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize, except where caused by Henry Street's negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
